In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or if the contents are faulty, or if you just wish to return it, you must contact us within 7 working days of receipt, please email caroline.hugsandkisses@gmail.com
All items need to be returned within 14 days, unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must still be in the original packaging, this does not affect your statutory rights. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting. We do not accept returns of sale or reduced priced items.
With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, Hugs & Kisses are not responsible for return postage or associated costs
