Standard Delivery is £3.99 or FREE for orders over £50.00

On receipt of a valid order, hugsandkissesgifts.co.uk aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours. Orders received over a weekend (after midday on Friday) will be dispatched on a Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Standard Delivery orders to all UK addresses are sent by Royal Mail, you should expect to receive your order within 1 – 3 days of dispatch, but please allow up to 5 days for delivery. Occasionally due to the current covid situation orders can be delayed which is unfortunately beyond our control.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands & Islands and the Channel Islands please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY £9.99

Orders sent via our Next Day Delivery service will always be despatched on the date of order and will arrive the next working day by Royal Mail, this applies to all orders placed by 1.00pm, Monday to Thursday. Any orders for Next Day Delivery placed after 1pm on a Thursday and upto 1pm on a Friday will be dispatch on Friday and delivered on Monday. Any orders for Next Day Delivery placed after 1pm on a Friday or on Saturday or Sunday will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. This service is available to all UK addresses. Parcels will require a signature on delivery.
